SNCR DeNOx Reactors

SNCR plants are conceptually simple, but require careful design to guarantee the best performance: a perfect mastery of the design parameters and a careful study of the process situation on which to work.

Non-catalytic selective reduction plants with a lower efficiency than catalytic reactors, but less expensive in terms of installation and especially management

SNCR DENOx reactors are non-catalytic selective reduction plants with a lower efficiencythan catalytic reactors, but less expensive in terms of installation and especially management.

The injection of urea or ammonia in this case takes place directly into the high-temperature gas stream and achieves an efficiency of up to over 60%, thanks to the use of nebulizer lances and a multi-level injection strategy.

The systems proposed by Deparia are suitable for combustion plants fueled with gaseous hydrocarbons, biomass and municipal solid waste.

01

The reagent is fed directly to the point closest to the source of NOx.

02

The main components are installed on an easily transportable and easy to position skid.

03

Management system on scada.

Fields of application

District heating plants, co-generation plants and power plants

Cement factories

Waste incinerators
